Effective Illumination for Industrial Applications
- Light Fixture Performance
10,000 - 48,000 lumen output, high-intensity light fixture enabling mounting heights of up to 100'.
- Optimized Lighting Effect
Secondary optics provide advanced optical profiles to reduce the number of lights required. Quantity reductions of up to 50% are possible compared to some competing designs.
- Superior Results
Hazardous location-rated models are available with an output of up to 33,000 lumens. Operation is available with 120-277 VAC or 347-480 VAC input. Dimming controls operate on 0-10 V and offer fine-tuned illumination based on facility needs.
- Dark Sky
Perimeter bands surround all light-emitting surfaces to provide a full cut-off. Projects requiring Dark Sky (IDA) rating can deploy specific AR models.
Engineered for Extreme Environments
- Protected Against the Elements
Copper free aluminum alloy housing acts as the heat sink, featuring IP66/IP67 protection.
- Extended Luminaire Life
Optimized fin spacing promotes debris shedding and convective airflow. Resulting in lower temperatures and higher ambient temperature range. Quick drainage during cleaning prevents water retention on the fixture. Sloped features drain liquids that drip onto the fixture or sprayed during cleaning. Quick drying prevents excessive bacterial growth.
- Improved Visibility
An impact-resistant polycarbonate lens protects the LEDs and light engine. Efficient optical designs result in high lumen per watt ratios. Select models qualify for DLC. Textured lenses improve visual comfort and reduce the potential for glare.
- Designed for Harsh Environments
Multi-layer powder coat provides chemical and UV resistance in corrosive locations. Allowing long term deployment in certain corrosive outdoor and indoor locations.
Simplified Installation & Operation
- Installation Options
A wide range of mounting brackets permits the installation of the AR in heavy industrial locations.
- Implementation Areas
High mast and high bays areas as pole-mounted flood lights or spotlights. Solid state components enable deployment on marine vessels, mining, and field service equipment. UL1598A marine ratings make the AR suitable for saltwater-rich locations.
- Light Fixture Connection & Maintenance
Built-in junction area with two ¾” NPT entries allows for through wiring. Reducing the need for external junction boxes. Solder-free component replacements are possible with the AR. Allowing field repair lifetime extensions with driver and LED module replacements and upgrades.
